You may return most items sold by LifeandDeathClothing.com within 21 days from the date of sale for a full refund less shipping charges. All product delivered within the 50 continental United Stated can be returned less shipping charges.

Please include your order number, name, address and phone number for quick and efficient processing.

We are unable to accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
• Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
• Underwear or Swimsuits
• Last Call Sale Items
• Grooming Products

All items that do not meet our return policy will be returned to the customer at their expense. Any item that shipping is not paid for within 14 days of 1st contact to the customer will be forfeited.

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned with or without a receipt. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement. We do ask that you pay the cost of the original shipping. For a full item credit: returns must include all original attached tags, boxes, authenticity certificates and in original brand new condition. Items return without original tags, boxes, and authenticity certificates or in original new condition will not be accepted.

All international sales are final. We are unable to accept returns for international shipments including Canada, Hawaii and Alaska.

All clearance items are final sale, not returnable or exchangeable. Clearance items are any item sold at 35% off off or more from the original retail price. Clearance items are not eligible for sale codes, vip codes, any coupons or additional mark down offers.

Exchanges

When returning an item for an exchange please list the item or items you want to exchange. If applicable, include payment for the difference in price of items and shipping. Shipping cost are as follows 1item $6.95 – 2items $7.95, 3 items or more $8.95. International orders please call 1-702-988-0127 for shipping cost.

All international sales are final. We are unable to accept returns for international shipments including Canada, Hawaii and Alaska.

Gift Refunds

If you return an item that was shipped directly to you from SolisCompany.com, you'll receive a credit for the value of your return. If the item was not shipped directly to you the credit will be issued to the original purchaser.

All returns and or exchanges MUST include Order# name, address & phone#. Items received without this information will not be processed.
